We, as a German manufacturer, offer you short communication channels, quick response times, and excellent support. Our partner program is straightforward and transparent, featuring attractive conditions across different tiers – Bronze, Silver, and Gold.
With each higher tier, you gain more benefits, higher discounts, and take on greater support responsibilities. By handling installation and configuration, as well as conducting qualified shutdown tests, we provide our distribution partners with the opportunity to generate additional margins in the IT services sector.
Partner tiers
For a Bronze Partnership, neither a sales nor a technical certification* is required. Your company will be listed on our homepage with its partner status, provided that your website also includes a dedicated page for the VMShutdownManager, either as a topic or a product. We are happy to support you in training your sales and technical teams. Unfortunately, NFR licenses for internal use or customer demos cannot be offered to Bronze partners.
With an existing Bronze Partnership, support can also be provided by bn-its, regardless of whether it is for the partner or an end customer. Support services provided by bn-its will be billed based on the time spent. Support can only be offered if the end customer's software maintenance is active.
For a Silver Partnership, only a sales certification is required; no technical certification* is necessary. Your company will be listed on our homepage with its partner status, provided that your website also includes a dedicated page for the VMShutdownManager, either as a topic or a product. We are happy to support you in training your sales and technical teams. Unfortunately, NFR licenses for internal use or customer demos cannot be offered to Silver partners.
With an existing Silver Partnership, support communication is handled by the partner, while paid support is provided by bn-its:
The Silver Partner handles first-level support, meaning that support requests from end customers or downstream resellers are coordinated by the Silver Partner and only forwarded to bn-its after a technical review.
Support services provided by bn-its are billed based on the time spent. Support can only be offered if the end customer's software maintenance is active.
For a Gold Partnership, both a sales certification and a technical certification* are required. Your company will be listed on our homepage with its partner status, provided that your website also includes a dedicated page for the VMShutdownManager, either as a topic or a product. With an existing Gold Partnership, all support is handled exclusively by the Gold Partner. This means that the Gold Partner takes full responsibility for first-level support. However, bn-its is available as last-level support if needed, though this implies that bn-its does not provide direct support to end customers or downstream resellers. Support can only be offered if the end customer's software maintenance is active.
